I bring a wealth of experience to Dilbeck Real Estate, having worked throughout my life in various segments of the Real Estate Industry including Commercial Property Management, Residential Construction and Residential Sales. I have a degree in Drafting and Engineering, which allows me to know how houses are built and subdivisions are designed. I call that Real Estate “from the ground up”! I love working with people and let’s face it, Real Estate is a “people” business, because houses don’t buy each other. People do! After moving to California from South Mississippi in 2002, it was instantly obvious to me that the Real Estate Industry in California is like no other place in the country. The climate, coupled with all the industry and employment opportunities can make for a crowded landscape regarding housing. Everyone wants to live here! Dilbeck Real Estate allows me to help you find the perfect place to call your home - and the perfect buyer if you plan to sell your home! All Real Estate Agents have their own approach to Real Estate and how they work with their Clients. For me it’s personal. I cannot imagine Real Estate being “strictly business” because for most people this will be the single biggest investment they may ever make. To be given that kind of responsibility is such an honor that for me it simply must be personal. I will work for you like I would work for my own son or mother. Anything less, would not be fair to you… or me. I have lived in Burbank, with my husband Neil, since 2004 and I LOVE the small town, neighborly feel of Burbank. I grew up in a small town in Mississippi, and Burbank has the same warmth and personal touch that a small town can have. But it has all the amenities of a big city!
