About Vicky
Vicky Claussen has lived in Burbank for 50 years and has been a REALTOR since 1989. After graduation from college Vicky worked at KCBS, Channel 2 where she met Gary. They were married in 1966 and for eight years she operated Claussen Gold Jewelry before entering real estate full time. Vicky loves a challenge, keeps a positive attitude and focuses on fulfilling the dreams of her real estate clients. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist, works both residential sales and leases and is ready, willing and able to help anyone with real estate needs.
For three decades, she has devoted endless hours in a variety of civic and educational capacities. Recipient of Burbank's distinguished Honorary Service Award. She was active in the 1970's and 1980's in the PTA's at:
• Horace Mann Elementary
• Thomas Jefferson Elementary
• John Muir Middle School
• Burbank High School
During those years, Vicky served in key leadership roles from the President's Action Committee, Mother's Club of Job's Daughters, International Guiding Eyes and Girl Scouts of America. Her idea for the creation of a gigantic map of America, painted on the asphalt playground at Mann, became a major community event and received a special Bicentennial Award.Vicky continues to generously give her time and support to many local groups and has been recognized by the Burbank City Council for her work helping less-able Burbank residents and for working to keep the city free of graffiti. She mailed over 200 care boxes filled with needed comfort and support items to American soldiers serving our country on foreign soil.The Claussen's are proud parents of two grown children, Kymm and Damon, and have four grandchildren, Camden, Caitlynn, Kennedy and Kylee.Call her with your real estate questions and needs.
